Seems to work but tricky billing practices

Software is okay but renewal cycle costs up to 6x original price and is fairly tricky to disable renewals with the need to speak to tech support to do so. I don't like this sharp practice - hoping you don't remember the charge is going to go off in a year's time.

Impossible to cancel AV TOTAL subscription

There is no possibility of cancelation. You have to talk in chat with representative of company and since he asks you many questions, he does not proceed with cancelation. Makes you (supposedly) a better offer.
