I recently attempted to access TotalAV online and was somehow sent to a "clone" site used by scammers. Very scary. Looked totally legit. Maybe you folks should do a bit of web research and see who's doing this. It could have cost me bigtime. The biggest tipoff was that the CSR barely spoke English. No reputable anti_virus software firm would have someone like that answering the phone. Be very aware!

Its good and all, but I am having some trouble freeing up space with it. I cleaned like 3 times and i still do not hace alot of storage.
