I have not purchased Total AV Protection. Yet this company charged my account $99.00 Canadian without my authorization. I am now in the process of telling them to credit my account. They have a special promotion on right now that you can subscribe for $19.00 - They have charged me $99.00!!! I want my money back!! I will let you know how all this turns out. Monik from Canada.

i think its a good program worth having as its easy to use and dose exactly what it says with one click. i recommend this one over thousands of others would give 5 star review but i still got a few more features to try first :) so far extremly happy and i found a discount on the net wich gave me mega savings so if you going to go premium search it up first as they have many great offers to get you started for the first year.

I like the protections and services your company provides. I feel I am in good hands, technically.
I do have a question about billing, however. I had been set up to pay for my service through PayPal, and did so, late in 2019. A few weeks ago, I was informed my account had lapsed, so I re-authorized it, as a new client. Did I pay more than I should have, or did my account lapse due to non=payment?

I LIKE AV SO FAR... EXCEPT FOR THE DUPLICATE FILES PART. IT DOES NOT WORK! I BOUGHT THE SYSTEM IN ORDER TO USE THAT FEATURE. SO I AM DISAPPOINTED. I'VE TRIED TO REACH Y'ALL TO FIX IT. BUT CAN'T REACH ANYONE TO GET HELP. THE OTHER PARTS WORK

Used total av once a couple of years ago and charged me $100. Worked with pop ups for about a month but the virus never went away as advertised. Frequent pop us now but I got a charge for $99 out of the blue without my consent. Could of used that during this hard time...

I have had total av for a year, it was fine. got an email about a month before renewal saying they will charge credit card, that was fine, figuring they would charge my card the same as last year, which was 32.99. Realized my credit card number may have changed so told them that, and yes they had wrong card #. Went to update my card on totalav account and noticed the invoice was for $99!!!!! So I sent email to person who told me how to put my credit card on acct., nothing. used the chat feature on my acct., person said nope price was 99 and I would get 5 licenses. told them i did not want 5 licenses, wanted the same thing as last year at same price. chat person wasn't helpful, waiting for the person I sent email to respond, then get notice ...Toon meer
