totalAV effectiveness

totalAV seems to work well on my Mac-mini. I am disappointed in its effectiveness on IOS devices they assume that they can't be infected. I don't scan emails which is the way they currently enter the system. I don't thank they scan attached USB drive's for viruses. on the Mac i'll give them a 5 out of 10 on iOS Devices i'll give them a 2 of 10. The big hole in their system is email in my opinion and they don't automatically scan connected externality connected thumb drives.

I understand that in today's world things are fast and getting faster. I am 79 years old and getting slower! I wish I could understand what all the terms and tests and scans are and why they are necessary. I enjoy the peace of mind knowing I have no virus etc. since I got Advantage! Have a blessed day

have tried numerous times to change my email address and password, always unsuccessfully. tried by phone, by email, by chat. what can i do.
