First thing upon installing the antivirus pro version was the loading of all web sites slowed down considerably and to make matters worse it started to block my access to the TotalAv web site. Stated invalid security certificate for the site. I had to uninstall the totalAV in order to get to their site. And as for their 30 day 100% money back guarantee so far they are refusing to give me a refund.

They finally canceled my subscription, but instead of refunding my money as they said they would they billed my credit card for a second $29. So they now owe me $58.00
