Once I got it installed on my first machine (have several licenses) everything worked great. Installed and scan completed without problems. I ran into an issue when I went to install on a second machine. I couldn't login on the second machine because the link I originally used on 1st machine did not require a password. I was able to message tech support and they got back to me within 2 days with a link to 'reset' unknown pw. Logged in on second machine and was able to complete the second installation without any problems. All is well and cleaned up the second machine in less than 15 minutes.
